Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, licences and payments made by Schools, Administrators or other Users for access to KidsHealth360.com and its associated services. Please read this Policy carefully before making a payment.

Effective date: 1 August 2026 · Last updated: 1 August 2026

1.General Policy — No Refunds

KidsHealth360 provides ongoing access to a digital record-keeping, wellness-suggestion, and compliance-support platform. The Services are made available to the User upon activation of a subscription, licence, or plan, and are not structured as a one-time deliverable, project, or performance-based engagement that is capable of “failing” or being subject to a performance review or acceptance test.

Once a subscription fee, licence fee, onboarding fee, or any other payment has been made and the corresponding access to the Platform has been activated, that payment is final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, except as expressly set out in Section 3 below.
  • This applies regardless of the extent to which the User actually uses the Platform, the number of records created, or the number of licensed users/students onboarded.
  • This applies to annual, quarterly, monthly, or one-time onboarding/implementation fees, unless otherwise expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
  • No refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments will be made for early cancellation, non-usage, partial-term cancellation, or a decision by the School/User to discontinue use before the end of a subscription term.

2.Why We Follow a No-Refund Policy

KidsHealth360 is a technology access and administrative-support subscription, not a service that is evaluated against a deliverable, milestone, or performance benchmark. Since there is no “work product” that is accepted, rejected, or reviewed for performance (unlike, for example, a consulting deliverable or a custom-built project), fees paid for access to the Platform are treated as consideration for the access period itself and are not linked to any specific performance outcome that could be assessed for a refund.

3.Limited Exceptions

Notwithstanding Section 1, KidsHealth360 will review and, where confirmed, correct or refund amounts in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: where a User has been inadvertently charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical or payment-gateway error.
  • Unauthorized/Erroneous Charge: where a payment was processed in error and did not correspond to any subscription or service actually activated for the User.
  • Failed or Non-Delivered Activation: where payment was successfully collected but KidsHealth360 failed to activate the corresponding account/access due to a fault attributable solely to KidsHealth360, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time after being reported.
  • Any refund, correction, or statutory right expressly required under applicable Indian consumer protection or payment-related law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

To request a review under this Section, Users must contact KidsHealth360 within 7 (seven) days of the disputed charge at info@kidshealth360.com, along with the relevant transaction reference/receipt. Verified claims under this Section will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time, typically 7–14 business days.

4.Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of auto-renewal or discontinuation of the Services at any time by writing to info@kidshealth360.com. Cancellation will stop future billing from the next applicable billing cycle but, in line with Section 1, does not entitle the User to a refund of any amount already paid for the current or a prior period.

5.Chargebacks

Users are requested to contact KidsHealth360 directly to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback for a properly activated and delivered subscription, in a manner inconsistent with this Policy, may result in suspension of access pending resolution.

6.Changes to This Policy

KidsHealth360 may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date and will apply prospectively to payments made after the update.
